My wife was cleaning out a closet and came across this. Were you there, if you were, what were you shooting? I managed to make both years.

Yes I was there the first year. Shot a High wall 40-65 on paper. I don’t recall the range. I still have the medals. Sold a lot of castings there. It was the same weekend as the Denver show so I didn’t make it the second year.

First Year for me.  I was helping out a friend by delivering a semi Dump Truck to their offices for a review.  I was going to drop it off and take his p/u to the shoot.  I drove past the Murrah (sp?) Building about five minutes before it was bombed.   

It was a sad time there...

Yes.  I thought it was 3 years.  Old timers disease I guess.
   
One year I was filling sand bags with David Moss to control the flooding.

Another year we had the wind so strong that sand was flying all over the range and it snapped a couple of the target frames off.
