What a great guy!  For those of us to whom the whole schuetzen scene is about more than just shooting, it's the guys like Lou that make this whole thing fun!

Our tastes in both food and shooting were quite similar, so we hit things off perfectly.  Who else besides Lou and I would open and share a little flat can of squid pickled in its own ink? Like myself, Lou had the ability to not take himself too seriously.

We shot together at Asheville, Charlie's place, and at Brushy Mtn and it was always a treat. RIP, my friend.  You will be missed.  Cry

Froggie, I am sorry that those of you who knew Mr. Paglia have lost a good friend. We hear too much of that all over, I'm afraid.
But, to your shared taste in delicacies, you have another pair to include in the list. At Mother's Day dinner I shared just that very thing with a thirteen-year-old girl that accompanied us to the restaurant. She is a schoolmate of my younger granddaughter and is a is around us so much folks probably think she's one of us anyway. I'm blessed.

Lou was a great guy, I remember he liked to shoot 45/70 in the bench matches, and did really well. A fireman or policeman from Long Island, ny.  Ledball

I'm quickly deciding that I am becoming one of those "old guys" I used to look at when I would attend shoots.  Wait a minute! I AM one of those old guys.  Shocked
