I read the instructions several times but still after many tries, cannot change my avatar.  I'm trying to change it to a file from my drive (pictures).  Have changed it several times in the past but no more.  What's the trick?

Thanks Josh. I don't know why but a couple days after my forty or so tries it showed up correct.
