Southpaw shooters?

I am curious how many members on the forum are left handed. I am a lefty but  am right eye dominant. My wife and one daughter are the opposite. I have a good friend and old shooting partner that has some left hand single shot rifles that he has left in my care to sell. I plan on listing them this weekend on the forum and was curious how many shooters across the country shoot left handed.

I'm all mixed up.
I'm right handed but left eye dominant.  I shoot rifles and shotguns LH, I shoot pistols RH, but use my left eye.
I shoot pool & archery LH, but swing golf clubs & baseball bats RH.
When my dad first tried to teach me to shoot when I was 5yo, he kept putting  the little Winchester 1906 up to my right shoulder, but I kept trying to look at the sights with my left eye. He finally gave up and let me shoot LH.

Being left-handed is what lead me to shoot single shots and lever guns more than bolt guns.

Humorously, I’m not conflicted at all, lefty all around! I’ve pretty well learned to live in a mostly right handed world. Also why I like the single shots the best.
It also helps my wife is also left handed, so left is normal in our household.

I’m left handed, and my interest in single shot and lever actions stems directly from that sinister affliction.

I await the rifles with a great deal of interest!

I have always been able to shoot pistols with either hand, changing eyes. I am right handed and right eye dominant, but, at the age of 80, my right eye is deteriorating. I have a choice: i can see the sights, or i can see the target. Since my left eye is still functions perfectly, I have made the decision to change to left handed rifle shooting. Never done this before and am now practising daily with an air rifle. I am optimistic about becoming competitive again, but it is going to take a little time.

Right-handed, but left eye dominant here. I can shoot right handed, but it takes some concentration and the muscle memory just isn't there as far as comfort and hitting ability goes.

I'm ambidextrous when it comes to kicking.  Smiley

I'm right-handed and right-eyed, but some years ago tried left-eye sights owing to slightly better acuity in the left eye.   It took some days to learn to even pull the trigger, as all the hand-eye coordination was crossed up.
After a couple of successful seasons,  tho, I gave it up as too cumbersome.

Very much left handed and left eyed. Should be interesting to see what you will have in your listing.

My wife is righthanded, but doesn't have vision in her right eye so she always shoots lefthanded.  I had a LH 38-55 rifle set up for her; now I gotta work hard to stay ahead  Tongue
