This may explain a phenomenon that may be present in individual powder canisters where the granularity is not consistent from the upper level of powder to the lower and denser powder at the bottom.  (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)
So it may be a good idea to roll and invert the canister quite a few times to ”re-mix” the powder first before using it as in comes. Vibration in transit does funny things like destroying wheel bearings on cars from shipment by sea...took them a long time to figure that one out. So the powder grains may separate in transit. When we try for consistent sub MOA, nothing is too trivial.

In my opinion, the important factors in powder quality are:  fine-ness of incorporation, purity of nitrates, and uniformity of grain size.   And one of the best checks on quality of loads is velocity uniformity.   Math skills are needed to assess load quality based on group size.
