Leather cheek pad ideas

A Psychiatrist once told me that I only needed air and water to live and that I should never say I need anything. I told him he was an idiot, which he was so I fired him.

I want to use my rolling block but I need a cheek pad. Maybe one of them lace on types. With a 1000 yard sight setting my cheek will not touch the stock. I want one that attaches to the stock, not my head.

Have looked at all sorts online but have not seen one I could use.

Looking for pads or ideas from you guys.

You might try the Leatherman. I think he makes a lace-on high comb pad that might work for you. I have used his leather recoil pads, and they are well made and work well.

The Leatherman is the only one that works for 300 to 1000 on about any rifle.

I use the Leather man’s pads too. He exhibits at the SXS tournaments. Has some nice German Drillings and Cape Guns, shoots them well.

I keep a couple in my Rifle & Shotgun bags. Put a scope or raise the sight for long distance on original field guns often need a little more comb height or LOP.  Same with excessive drop shotguns.

Right after starting this thread I called BA. Ordered one of these.

All I need is enough to get my chin or some part of my cheek to rest on the comb. Most of the ones I see on the net often have the cheek pad to far back toward the heel, or they have cartridge holders and various stuff attached to them, Perty sure I saw one with cartridge loops, a compass and a cup holder. Sorta like buying a new car.
All I want is a simple pad for a target rifle but it has to have the added height toward the nose of the comb , not toward the rear.

The Tourbon looks to be good quality but the pad is to far aft.
If I have to I can put something under a pad to raise it up.

Thanks for the links and suggestions you guys.

Pretty sure that will slide forward under recoil. Had one and had to put double sided tape under it.

I have a Lone Star Roller that has a very low comb.  At 500 yds., my chin couldn't touch the top of the stock.  I put on a Triple K Cheek Piece Riser (3/4") and it helped.  To keep it from sliding forward, I stitched on a thin leather loop that goes around the butt plate. Purchased the Riser from Buffalo Arms.
