For one to tully become extremely competitive in breech seating benchrest competition one also needs to spend the time. To also find the day in and day out consistently all year long. 
Not to many are actually willing to be serious enough to do just that for an entire year, a two or more as I myself have also done. 
Back when I was working on developing my 28-35 to become competitive at the time. I had finally found a real nice load combination and all 248's and up at 200 yards for an entire year. 
Again and by no means a tribute to myself but to only how competitive the 28-35 can truly become.
