I don't think this is Charlie Hart, TX. I have seen this barrel marking on a handful of bolt-action rifles. Any help is appreciated.

Pretty sure that would be Clyde Hart, Hart barrels from New York

Clyde, and his son Paul or P.J., Clyde gone, P.J. now retired.
His son Jim now running the shop.
Drove by the shop this very day on the way down skiing.
