Just called. No answer mailbox full. Had the same results a few months ago. At that time I was looking for a reamer. Now I want dies.
Any references for a die maker at reasonable cost?

Perhaps they are closed for the holidays, I would try the first week in 2022.

I called them 3 months or so back, a worker answered and said the owner was out with "another" broken hip as I recall. He said the owner probably will not return.....ever. So I did not get my die set or the questions answered. Sad really that so many of our suppliers are struggling.

Three months back I called and got 33-40 dies and they were to my door in 5 days

I think it's a one-man shop, or close to it. He's always been very nice and helpful when I've called. Try a half hour or so before closing time.
Also, he may be off for Christmas week.

I just used the “contact us” link on their web page to request a purchase of a 39-30 Wesson die set.
I will post any response I get.

They had a set of dies for my 500-450 #2 Musket in stock recently. Just need to be lucky.

Anyone use the custom die option from RCBS? Not sure if hornady or Redding offers a custom option.

I inquired about that and they said they don't do it anymore.

I've got a number of C&H4D die sets as when it came to oddball dies they were always cheaper than anyone else who could supply them. And always faster at getting them too.
I haven't bought any from them in several years, but when I last did the dies were at my door a week after I ordered them. Excellent dies and service!

About 8 or 9 years ago I spoke with the gentlemen from Hornady and they made me a custom die for one of my double rifles. Took about 6 weeks.
