Christmas greetings from Oz

Print Post
I'd like to wish all a Merry Christmas from Oz. It's getting hot here so no chance of a white Christmas for us, we'll have to settle for a few icy beers around the BBQ! All the best for the New Year and let's hope 2022 is good to us all.

Merry Christmas!
We had about 1.5" of snow Sat. night, and predicting snow all week from Christmas day forward. Looks like winter is here!

Merry Christmas Pete!  Thanks also for posting and sharing.  We've had a little bit from old man winter and I'm tired of it already but I'll take that over hot weather.

My sincerest wishes for all here to have a Happy Christmas! And may the New Year ring in to the sound of rifle fire - single shots, evenly spaced. (Hey, it takes time to breech seat Ye Olde Noisemaker.)

Merry Christmas to all of you guys. We had a couple of days of snow last week  then a break while we wait for what doesn't fall while it passes by a Vall's place.
Y'all stay safe and cozy. And, you folks by the BBQ, I like mine bright pink in the middle.

I send my sincerest best holiday wishes back to my friends in Oz.  I visited your grand country in 2018.  I did some shooting and traveled a lot.  Would you believe we drove all the way from Adelaide to Darwin?

This is a shooting forum, so I will share one photo of me shooting at the BGRC match at the SSAA Eagle Park Range, Little River, VIC.  It wasn't a single shot - a .500 Nitro double, but rifle shooting nonetheless.

I have many great pre-Covid memories of that trip.  We look forward to the time when travel again will be care-free (except for the loooooooooooong plane flights).
