Are you looking for one piece rifle blanks for modern gun or the really long stuff for longrifles?
watts walnut for the modern stuff.
If for longrifles there are suppliers but the ones I have talked to have been limited on availability the last few months.

(You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

I have ordered from them once and service was great.

Cecil sure is a charachter..
I'm not going to diverge from the Topic, but since Cecil is such a open
expressive guy, here goes!
"No man can ever win a fight with a woman, not now, not ever" !!!!
Ok, CIC says she wants to go to Las Vegas, I hate Vegas, but since
Cecil has his stock blank operation there, I now like Las  Vegas.
No more diverging....
Anyone have any tricks or tips on smuggling back stock blanks from
Cecil??
Great info, might get to kill two birds with one stone.

CPA typically also has some real nice wood blanks and they can also roughly duplicate it for you.

Years ago there was a company that sold green blanks for 1/2 price for customer to dry out before use. I bought six and wish I would have gotten more. Does anyone sell green.blanks anymore?

Place in Missouri, big gun stock company.
In the Ozarks.
They cut a lot of walnut, good place to check.

Your post reminds me of the time I refused to sell a green blank to a shooter friend.  He kept after me and kept after me till I finally said okay. He promised to let it dry for two years. A month after he got the blank I get emails saying something's wrong with the blank. It's flawed, said I sold him a bad blank. It's all yellow inside he said.  So once again I explained it to him and another time I explained that the blank was green and that he had to let it dry. So he stops bugging me about about it. Then a year later I see him at a match and he asks me when I'm going to replace the bad blank.

I don't ever sell green wood to anyone now.

Back in the 90s I bought a mannlicher length blank that had just (like a week) been cut. It weighed 28 pounds! I waxed the ends and set it in the corner of the basement. Every year around the anniversary of its purchase I dug it out and weighed it. On the 9th anniversary it had not changed from the prior weighing. It went to CPA and became a model 52 buttstock and 3 matching forends.

Robert Watts lives about 45 minutes away.  I have bought from him and his collection is amazing and very affordable.  Great guy to work with. I'll be headed up there shortly for a paneled Borchardt dbl-set action project.  Don't know if I'm going to have Gail cut a long-range for bench or Zischang style.

Just bought 6 blanks from Robert Watt, Watts Walnut.
Pictures of them are shown in a post under gunsmithing if interested.  You can also see lots of blanks on his web site.
