IMO, the scores of the Hanks event reflect the range conditions. I would rate conditions as beyond interesting and well into challenging.

Hanks Match was named in honor of Donn Hanks, a long time member of our Schuetzen club.
The match is 20 shots BR (10 shots on each of 2 targets) at 200 yards for center fire rifles that meet ASSRA rules.

Donn used to come up to Spokane and shoot with us. I don't think he ever mastered the conditions. 

He sure had it figured out down South in that horrible mirage.  I don't know how he does it.
