An enthusiastic, happy group of competitors. Our first ASSRA match was a huge success.

Al Mejac came down from Clearmont with a DeHass-Miller rifle in 32 Miller Short caliber. Gene Hillman was thrilled with the performance of his Stevens 417 Walnut Hill in caliber 22LR. Charlie Knight was sorting out his 1877 Sharps Long Range Creedmoor in Caliber 45-2.1” black powder. Roger Griffith brought out a Remington Rolling block in 45-70. Collene Mounsey was a great spotter for husband David. [Please come back Collene] Range officer Don Sharp changed his Marine voice to a nice normal one.

Our 100 yard range lived up to the nick name “Old Treacherous”. But even switchy wind and rain did not spoil the enthusiasm of this bunch of guys.
