if you want a small, cantilevered, aluminum tool box take a look at a cosmetic cases on ebay.  I bought one for taking to engine shows and it is really nicely made.  Look for Sephona (sp) brand.  Some shocking colors!

I am another sad Gerstner chest owner wanna-be.  As much as I lust after the 1805 model, I cannot quite bring myself to shell out $1600+ with shipping for one.
