Wes Turners Cataract surgery (shooting)

Wes gets his eyes checked twice a year. So far the doctor says he doesn't qualify for surgery. Wes has been shooting some great targets with iron sights recently. Told me he isn't going to fix something that aint broke. Doc said he may not get cataracts till he's in his nineties and by that time doubted he could even heft a heavy target rifle anyhow.

I thought you all might like some good news for a change.  Smiley

Good news is always welcome Joe! Mighty fine shooting by you in the matches I see scores posted for. I wish I could get close to the scores I see posted for you.

At least I stay in the triple digits. Cheesy

When I got cataracts at 50 years of age the doctor said it happens sooner in people who work outside and/or are diabetics.

So Wes must be staying inside most of the time and can still afford to treat his sweet tooth.
