Bill was a friend of mine, I hadn’t seen him in a couple years, I will miss him. He was one of the best offhand shooters ASSRA has ever had, an extensive knowledge of singleshots and the Civil War.  Ledball

If I remember correctly, Bill had success using black powder when wiping the throat of his rifle with a wet swab between shots in the late eighties early nineties? Did some good shooting. I remember seeing him in match results often.
