Got a new barrel today, assuming 7.6 is caliber, what do the other #s mean?

7.6 mm = .2992 inches. 7.6 divided by 25.4 =.29921"
25.4 is the divider for Metric dimensions in MM or milimeters. If that 7.6 is the Bore diameter then if you add .003 per side you come up with a Groove diameter
of about .305 thousandths. So slug the bore to check. HTH Regards, FITZ

7.6 mm is the common bore size for the 8.15 X 46R German barrels. The other numbers I don't know but there is a lot less information there than I'm used to seeing on the bottom of those barrels. Maybe some numbers from the proofing house?

I don't know about the 7.6mm, which is likely the bore diameter, or 2/400, but PRIMA KRUPPSCHER GUSSSTAHL (spelled correctly) is German for "Great Krupp Cast Steel" or "Best Quality Krupp Cast Steel" as Schutzenbob noted.
