I reprimed the Navy Arms .41 rimfire case. Then using a drop tube I was able to load 12.0gr of Old E. 3F into it with a little room to spare. With just a little compression I was able to create enough space for the bullet's heel. On the left is the machined case with a very compressed 11.0gr of Old E. On the right is the Navy Arms case with 12.0gr.
