The weather was good, the mosquitoes were fierce!  The camaraderie was incomparable!  My thanks to all the shooters for their great cooperation; it makes the match run smoothly, and my job easy. We had 29 shooters. Richard Zorin won the 25cal mould donated by Dave Mos in honor of Frank Zika for his QBC win in the Schoyen match.  Jeff Schultz

Some fine shooting..!!  Maybe should be called the 250 match??  When you need a 250 for THIRD things are getting tough.
Special mention to Rich Z.  That boys a comer.  Taught him all about shooting.  Now maybe get him to teach how to shoot well.

Everything from 200 yards except possibly one or two offhand matches. One of those was shot at 100 yards otherwise, everything was shot at 200 yards.

I stand corrected, I saw the 100 yard target description for the 200 yard Beeson Match description and mistook it for a 100yd match, I apologize for the confusion, all matches were at 200 yards.

Everything was @200 yds.  The Beeson match is shot at 200 on a 100yd target,  tiny bull from that far.  We had 4 excellent days for shooting.  The temperature dropped from 90's on Wednesday to high 70's low 80's for the four days of the shoot.  Any rain was light and quick. Unbelievable weather for July.  Even the June bugs were scarce.

I’m thinking the June bugs were scared off by the mosquitoes.

I personally would like to Congratulate everyone who showed up to the Match. It is not always just about all those who always tend to be at the top. And I do Congratulate all of them as well but if all of the others did not show up. There might not be anymore matches to come and to shoot in the future. Our club is struggling right now with if there are still enough attending to keep on providing them. They tie up our range from the regular membership from being able to use the range one Saturday each month.
