Thought I saw a couple of years ago mva was making 1885 hi wall actions. Even saw pictures of some on bpcr. Website. Can't find them on mva's website. Did they stop making them . Can't find any info on this. Just wondering if anyone has heard about this.

Thanks doug

They're still there. Look under "action parts".

I just built two rifles using their actions. They turned out very nicely and shoot very well.  Especially the 38-55.

Very nice riffles, I like the pistol grip model. I'm thinking of possibly building one in 40-65. Trying to see how much it will cost.
Thanks for the pictures. For I will have to pay someone to do it.

None that I am aware of. But, there is a difference between the C. Sharps & MVA action. C. Sharps makes a coil-spring action (which Winchester changed to in ~1905) and MVA offers the flat-spring action (pre-1905). MVA does offer the DST option, which C. Sharps does not. Both offer SST or standard trigger. Can always get the DST parts to put in the C. Sharps action.
