Can anyone ID this lever?

Picked this finger lever up on eBay.  It was listed as a Winchester 1885 Lever but is different from any that I have seen.  The nose is not the same as my flat spring ones and as shown overlayed on a standard lever it would not close all the way.

Thanks

Jack that one is very similar to the casting that I gifted to Vall / Marlinguy for one of his Ballard restoration's.

JerryH might be right as it is also very similar to my Model J FBW's three finger Pope lever.

Definitely not a Ballard, and I'm not guessing on the FBW Model J. About 99% sure as I've see the one you have JLouis. The cut-out for the extractor is the giveaway.

I thought Ballard as well due to the extractor cut out but not even close to fitting.
The seller advertises that he will refund for any reason.

I suppose I could see if anyone here would be interested in a model J lever before I request a refund.

Thanks

A relatively rare lever. Someone on the forum would likely be pleased to have it.
