There are suckers born every minute, someone once said that, PT Barnum I believe. One can take a 20 power, send it off and have it boosted up to 60 percent, for far less than they (25-30X) are selling for. Optical Services performs that service for $260. I had quite a few done by Wally Siebert many years ago, along with installation of dots of sizes as small as 1/64 of an inch. Cheryl at Optical services can perform all of the above. I might add, that not all scope buyers are shooters, some collect scopes and are willing to pay more for rarity and condition, that many or most here are not willing or able to.
