If i mix 5 lb 20-1 with  5 lb 30-1,  will i end up with 25-1 ratio average

Minus the lead you will have lost to evaporation while the two alloys were sitting idle. Smiley

gnoahhh, the only problems I've had with lead evaporating come after the the bullets are cast,,,, and loaded, chambered and trigger squeezed.

Don't let our politicians here in California know that lead is evaporating!  I still want to shoot lead bullets a few more years.   Embarrassed  Tom

FWIW, I just checked your assumption using an alloy calculator and agree with calledflyer.  An equal mix of 20:1 & 30:1 will result in an alloy of 25:1.
