Hammerless Worn-Ballard Rifle

I was able to finally finish up my Hammerless Ballard rifle based on the Worn action.  It was one of Rodney's casting sets.  I was really pleased with the fact that I was able to pair up an original Hubalek barrel with it, since he is the one that has gotten credit for many of them originally.

Certainly a job very well done. You are to be congratulated. Also, nice that you were able to pair it with a Hubalek barrel. Out of curiosity, could you tell us a little about the scope. Krag

Great work, great lines, and I second Krag in wanting to know about the scope.

Great looking rifle! I have two of the original ones with Hubalek barrels and it's nice to see the action without those casting pits all the originals seem to have.

Thanks for the great comments, guys.  Unfortunately, I can't tell you much about the scope.  It is one I picked up in the past that has no markings on it at all.  It's a classy looking scope with great optics, but no clue as to who made it.
