Damko moderm martini

I have recently received a Damko martini, chambered in 30-30.  Here are some pictures.  I have not shot it yet, but fit and finish are excellent. Trigger is rather like a Sprifield 1903... some creep to a wall, then a very light , crisp let off.  Mine measured about 2 pounds.  Factory says 5-6 pounds.  Would I buy again?  If I had cash on hand, Yes.  If not, I would sell something.

Flatlander; That is the AAA wood upgrade... about $350.

Worth it, I think.

Nice rifle!

I remember a few years ago when they announced their business.  It's good to see an actual delivery.  Do you mind telling how long they took from order to delivery?  The website says "up to 12 months."

How does the rifle seem to fit?  Does it come up well?

I think if I were to order one I would get the peep sight and have the rifle chambered in .303 Brit., 26" heavy barrel.

A range report is required, and more pictures please!

CptCurl;

I placed my order on October 15 of this year.  It was shipped on Oct 27. and received by my FFL on Nov 2.  I picked it up on the 10th.

Balance is excellent, and it shoulders sweetly.

I will be putting a Fecker Small Game scope on it.

Damko's packaging was superb!

Ballards may be weaker,

Thanks Val.

I look forward to handing it to you for a proper inspection.
