If the bore is good, it would be a mistake to rebore it. Many of the earlier custom 32-40 barrels were a bit large, .325, .326, .327, .328, etc., you need to make a chamber-cast and measure the bore diameter of your rifle before you do anything. Most of the mold makers offer larger diameters of bullet molds.

I would just like to try some appropriate bullets before investing $150 in a custom made mould and sizing dies.   Just hoping someone will share some bullets so i can see if it is going to be worth the cost.   This rifle is no beauty queen so it doesn't bother me in the least to have it bored out.

Looked at Graf's but couldn't find them.   I think they would probably be too small anyway.

Sorry but I don't have any bullets even close to your needs. Something to consider however - if you have some .323 (for example) that are cast reasonably soft (1:30 - 1:20) you could shoot them with black powder or duplex. They should upset just fine to test your rifle for accuracy potential. Shoot for group at 50 or 100 yards so conditions don't affect accuracy to a great degree. Wipe bore between shots - 1 damp, 1 dry and you will be good-to-go.
If you find you need to re-bore, consider going to .338. The .33-47 was a dandy target cartridge back in the day (that is if you intend to breech seat). For fixed ammo, the .38-55 is your only practical re-bore.

I have a tapered bullet that’s .325 at the base. Works pretty good in fixed cartridges as well. PM me with your address and I’ll send you a few.

George, I have Pope Mold that throws a Base band right at .327. It is standard 
Pope taper other than that but it does shoot good. send me a PM with an address and I will send you a small Quantity. The will be pan lubed I think, have to check
what I have. But if they are Lubed it will be Popes formulae Lubricant. One thing you need also the check and make sure it is STILL? a 32 Caliber. I know of 2 instances where someone bought what was supposed to be a fresh barrel 32-40 
that would not shoot at all and both were found to be .33 caliber barrels. never found out how that came to be but once the owners switched to .337 Diameter bullets they both became super accurate. You can send message to OLD TUCK.

Folks,  I'm not exactly a novice with old rifles.  I have carefully slugged the bore of this high wall and it is between .324 and .325.   That Lee bullet looks like a gas check design and 32 caliber gas checks were unobtanium last time I went looking.   Anyway,   I'll PM the two of you who offered bullets of .324/5 and let's see where we go from there.
