Providence Tool Co. Peabody .50-60 rimfire, 36" barrel, exchanged the rimfire block/lock-hammer for a .43 Spanish block/lock-hammer. Starline .56-50 brass, 300 gr cast Bull Shop bullet, 19 grs 5744 - gotta start somewhere. Later will trim back .50-70 brass to .50-60 case length. Best for 2 shots at 90 yards. Bore in excellent shape. Does well at tossing up dirt at 150 yards! A fun rifle...
I also use a .50 rimfire carbine, switching out the block/lock-hammer. More fun!
Have you hugged your Peabody today!!

That's a beauty! What is the correct .50-60 length?

Case lengths:
.56-50 Spencer  - 1.156
.50-60 Peabody  - 1.456
.50-70 Gov't       - 1.720
Canada did not purchase .50-60 rimfire ammunition, instead they utilized .56-50 Spencer rimfire ammunition (they had Spencer carbines also), this eliminated logistical problems when supplying ammunition to the Provinces.
