Can anyone tell me which model of Sharps this Shiloh is, has 34" heavy full octagon barrel, checkered steel buttplate, 45/70. Just curious.

Its either one of the following. A long range express, a #1 or if it dosen't have a cheek piece its a montana rough rider. Its a nice looking rifle with the hartford ring and pewter nose cap.

Then its either a #1 or a long range express. Was it made in Farmingdale or Big Timber? Most Shiloh's you can get a factory letter for especially the Big Timber made rifles. A quick call to them and they might be able to tell you over the phone.

Its a Big Timber, has a B serial number.
