Here is a picture of a tool that I picked up years ago.  I have no idea what it  is used for.  Anyone have any knowledge on this?

I have a couple of Eagan catalogs and I've never seen that. Can you get a side view.

It's a transverse double flux capacitor.

Could it even be a drill jig to use 22 blanks in one of them old odd rimfire calibers?
Like the early Swiss 10,4 and what not.?

Have a box full of similar special purpose tools.
One makes Trapdoor tumblers, pin holes for each cut.
Unless you know the offsets and cutter diameters, it is worthless to anyone else.

I don't know what it is but I am willing to bet that as soon as you throw it in the trash you will find a need for it. Angry

Not a clue without a side view. The only thing close is a tool I got from an old timer he made it the 1940's. You couldn't get 30 caliber bullets to hunt with so he made a jig to file off the tips om fmj's.
