Nice turn out is the 1/4 Bore match a match of its own and held at a different time of the year.

John, the Quarter Bore group only appears to have recognition as an entity at the Summer Match at Etna Green. Qualifying targets (those fired with rifles conforming to the Quarter Bore Rules) are rubber stamped as "Quarter Bore". They may be fired during any relay during the match days (Thurs. - Sun.).

Yes, a good turnout; about average for the summer match.  We where missing a few regulars (some because of the heat),  but gained some new comers.  We have a few shooters with just a touch of gray that are shooting well and advancing rapidly.  They seem hooked Smiley.
It was hot all weekend but it cooled off at night, so the sleeping was good. We had a good one or two relays in the morning, after that it was challenging.  A very good match!
