Might be a Maynard, if the breech end has a short octagon part on the barrel.

I am with Tom.   A Tip Up in .25 or .32 Caliber.  My guess is the latter as you can see the end of the bore pretty plainly.

her coyote call. ya need 'em nearby if you wanna peg 'em with such a round. later in her life she'll change to a .22-250  and bait them from 350 yards with sheep guts.
