Good choice. You'll get lots of help / suggestions I'm sure shortly. My only suggestion is to slug the bore when you get it, they vary so much .

Check the schuetzen  load section in the reloading section of the forum. Check the Buffalo Arms website for brass, bullets and dies.

Dies can be several brands, but a lot of guys are happy with RCBS Cowboy dies.

Bullets depend on your gun, and what groove diameter is, and if it's the original slow twist rate, or some newer replacement barrel with a faster twist? If it's the original barrel I'd stick with bullets under 300 grs. and best around 255-275 grs.

Get the longer .38-55 Ballard brass! There are short brass, and long. Starline carries both.

Shell holder the same size as .30-30, and other brass with the same rim diameter of the .38-55, so you may already have one?

Wait for powder choice until you get it, and know what bullet you're going with. No sense in wasting time with load data for some bullet you wont use.
