Did a lot of searching on the Forum for Dell's Twist Formula calculator - can't find it

Here it is.
Charlie Dell's formula for calculating the minimum twist rate required.                  
This formula is most appropriately used for slow bullets at long range.                  
(3.5 x sqrt MV x Caliber sqrd) / Bullet Length = Required Twist Rate
