A New Bullet Mould For A Friend

Who just recently bought a beautiful 35-40 FBW's works Rifle on this site built by Barry Darr. Before Barry's passing in our conversations he wanted our mutual friend to use this FN bullet of his own design. Both himself and his brother Jim Darr had great success with this bullet over the years. And thanks to Terry Harper who loaned us the Darr cherrie I was more than happy to use my last MOS mould blank to cut him a mould. And to gift it to him on my dear friend Barry Darr's behalf of which he would have done himself as well. Unfortunately the picture does not do it much justice it turned out allot better than the picture represents.

Bullet is 1.145 in length / three times the groove diameter for Darr barrels. Weight is 277 grains with 16-1 it is tapered and increasing 1 thousandths per band.
