Very nice. I, too, prefer the loop lever.

For me, 30" half-round Shilen 38-55 on my rifle, 24" half-round Shilen rachet-rifled 22LR barrel on order with CPA and a Bartlein 38cal 5R rifled barrel sitting in the safe waiting for me to make a decision between 38-50 and 38-40 (leaning towards 38-40 for Schuetzen).

Glenn - 2x CPA 44 1/2 w/22LR (Shilen ratchet-rifled & Bartlein 5R rifled), 38-40RH & 38-55WCF (Bartlein 5R rifled) & 40-65WCF (GrnMtn 'X') barrels

Nice set of barrels and excellent wood. What is the ball park price for an extra barrel from CPA? Does it require fitting to the receiver? Thanks.

800ish
Remember that 22 Rimfire will require its own breechblock and extractor which adds about 150ish.

Oh yeah, the barrel does need fitting by them. That work costs $75.00.

I have a recent quote for $842 & change to finish and ship a .22LR barrel, block and extractor to me. Some barrels cost more than others, etc.
