The CPA rifle with the 2000 serial number is old news.  Gail told me today there are 9 additional rifles in process now.  Dingmans Ferry is busier than a paper hanger with an itch Smiley

Yep. I have pic's posted in the Photo's forum of #2001. Next up is a Shilen rachet-rifled .22RF barrel & rimfire block. Gail said it would be a few months. Can't disagree. CPA's quality has gone up in this century, which is nice. The same 5-6 shooters are generally at the top of the BPCR Nationals and CPA is in the hands of at least three of them. Gail & Paul have it under control.

Think I had the first CPA in Virginia 1993, at least at our club and neighboring Fairfax club. Top of my head we have 10 regular CPA shooters at our matches now, some with several rifles. No complaints from anybody and whole lot of matches won by CPA rifles.
