here is pics of a Browning that i restored in 2003. it was missing wood lower tang, lever,sear, trigger and top tang was broken off and gone. relined back to orginial 44-77 caliber. the barrel was 34 1/4 "long.

Rodney, I'll just use this one post to thank you for showing all the rifles you had pictures for. It must make you feel good to have had the chance to work and be around so many unusual items- things most of us don't get to do. Today you earn the attaboy.

Rodney,
That is a proper restoration. Sounds like a pretty major effort.
The rifle looks to be a workable shooter, yet retains its age and heritage.
