Static Cling on my Scale, Help!
Dec 20th, 2019 at 1:12pm

This summer my scale would hold zero.  Tried to use it this week and the charges that I would check, every 5th one, from throwing would get heavier.  Yup zero had drifted.  Plastic pan on the scale and sometimes you could see the powder floating on the sides of the pan.  Raised the scale 4" off the table and put my fist under the pan, not touching, but the pan was drawn to my fist.  Do I need to Ground the Scale and my Powder Hopper as well?  Thanks for any insight.  David

Try wiping it with a clothes drier anti-static sheet. It works for me.
