Trimming Brass

I am considering trimming brass cases to one uniform length.
My inventory of cases vary in O.A.L. by as much as 0.03"  (1.280 - 1.250), following full length resizing.  New, unfired, unsized Starline cases average 1.283 +- .005. Chamber is .32-20CPA. I breech seat only.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

After fire forming i trim my short cases like the 32-20 CPA .005" short. my experience is that those cases grow a little especially if you anneal the brass.

Will accuracy be affected by trimming to a length shorter than overall space allowed by a particular chamber? (again - breech seating)
As an example.........  I have 200 .25-20WCF cases. Most measure 1.315+- .002. The shortest 25 measure 1.295 +- .002.
Is there a positive or negative to trimming ALL my cases to the shorter O.A.L.?

When Breech seating I don't believe that .005" has any real difference. You are dealing with two differend dimensions. The first the chamber and how the case fits the chamber. The second is the bullet placement in the throat. I think the more important of the two is the correct placement of the bullet in the throat.
