Opinions will vary, but I really like my Wilson case trimmer.

Just for the pictures.

I want to trim my bras without having to size it down in a die. Also has to be long enough to accommodate the 45-90.

Wiloson makes a trimmer for 50BMG that will work for anything down to 6MM.

I am trimming 45-90 in mine, along with a host of shorter calibers.

One problem I have with the Forster is cutter is not large enough diameter to trim fired cases.

What diameter is the cutter on your Wilson?

As I noted, Wilson makes a trimmer for 50BMG, which would certainly work for any 45 cal. and I would imagine any 50 cal. Anything made for 50 Bmg is usually expensive, although Midway has a blemished one for $121.27 in stainless right now. Krag

Yes I looked at that. Also tried to find the holding die for the 45-90. ?

I use a "fired case" 45-70 holding die for my 45-90's and 45-70's, I have a special one from Wilson for the 40-65's.

You can get a dedicated 45-90 holding die from Wilson if you want, I think they required 3 of your fired cases to use for measurements for the holding die, but since the fired case 45-70 holding die worked I just went with that.  I trim to 2.390.
