This cartridge goes by many names . Listed Is the english. it is also called

Not completely correct:
11.43x59R Romanian( Peabody) Martini is actually as nearly as possible the Brit Westley Richards no.2 Musket (a 500/450)
11.43x59R Turkish martini(peabody) is a different cartridge, shoulder sits a bit lower and is more sloped.  it is however, also a 500/450 case.

I shoot and form both of the above, not sure it will be the same as the cartridge you are enquiring about...   But they both are very good cartridges, top performers.

FWIW, and Martinibelgium may be able to verify,
The Magtech 32 ga brass shotshells, LP primer size may indeed be
a good fit for the 500/450 No 2, and therefore, perhaps
the 450 Peabody.
32 ga Rim dia:  .640"
         Base dia:  0. 580"
         Length:     2.36"
From COW. And Grafs carries the Magtech brass shotshells.
Also, FWIW, in the past, I have shot the Martini-Henry
577/450 with Magtech 24 ga brass shotshells

50-90, 470 NE, 500/416.  I can get once- fired in the latter 2, so...  There are some other alternatives too, but this base size is required.
But yes, the 32-gauge will work as a parent case - but I would only use it for BP loads though, it's not solid head construction.

Thank you Martinibelgium . I forgot to point out that
the Magtech(made by CBC) shotshell brass is only
suitable for BP /BP pressure or,of course shotshell pressure level loads
