Forgive my ignorance are they set up to be primed with something like a 209 primer?

Everything Robertson sells is on the expensive side. But at least he's offering cartridge cases that others don't.

You use a .22 blank, like the old Dixie cases for rimfire calibers. The offset needs to be aligned with the firing pin.
