Hello, as with the former post with the same title, new member.

I am in New Zealand.  I read the other post and can one way or another work around the payment thing in order to subscribe. ( I think )

Another couple of questions though.  Once a paid up member, how does access to the archives work?  Is a hard copy made and sent for the fee listed?
