Brice, Not sure which screw.
One behind the trigger bow holds the mainspring and set trigger spring.
One under rear trigger adjusts the engagement of set trigger spring on the rear trigger.
One in front of the trigger bow holds the two finger spring for the sear and and front trigger.
Hope this answers the question.

Slumlord, think the key words are "intent to sell"
Think heirs can sell them without problems if otherwise legal.

My understanding is the same as yours Chuck. They can't be "built for sale", but can be sold later. But I believe even the maker of the guns can sell them. It is a matter of time frame, and there's a certain amount of time that satisfies ATF that it was not built solely to sell.

I think he was asking about the extra screw on the side of the action that number 4 has and number 1 does not. The center of the side just above the butt stock. Duh, screw not trigger!

I am slow. The extra screw is the typical main spring stop screw for a Hepburn rebounding hammer.
My Walker has a mechanical firing pin retractor (ah la Winchester) which eliminates the need for a rebounding hammer.
You people have a good eye.
