Well it’s done.  I’m calling it a 3’ job, looks good from three feet.

I want to thank all those who offered help and support thru the process, without them it might not have gotten done. Special thanks to Longdistance, GT, Marlinguy, JS47, poorhouse,rf,MaynardG and some others I probably forgot.  This is a great forum!

Don’t know if pictures loaded, will try something else if need be.

John

Totally agree Vall and a true testament that we are still doing extremely well in our own little  world of helping to keep the Single Shots we so dearly Love alive and well!

Totally agree there is nothing like bringing something back to life that can provide personal enjoyment for the remainder of one's life. Even more importantly to be handed down as a personal heirloom to someone in the Family. Who can hopefully very proudly say one day it belonged to my great grand Pampie!

Very nice job! Well Done!
And folks contrary to what the critic says, it's far better than a three foot gun, I know, I've built a few and I've had this one up close - the work that John did is first rate.

Now like I've been saying, you need to set those little engines to the side and get focused on another rifle!  Grin Grin  Don't do another Borchardt right away, I think the Hepburn is calling your name, in fact I know I heard it whispering the other day... or... blow the dust off those High Wall castings - I think they were mumbling too.   Wink

Thanks Greg, there won’t be any more guns for a while.  Back to little engines.  As you know I’m mostly impressed by the dsts.

In all honesty I am not so sure how a Rifle could end up having so more Charm!

Very nice rifle John  Cheesy!  I make it out to be right about a year and a half, start to finish.  That's pretty doggone good!  Love your double set triggers!

Regards, Joe

Spectacular rifle, John. Talk to us a little about those triggers.
Wish Harry Eales were here to comment. He would be pleased.
