Several choices, but a Weber would likely be the best.

Weber seater is definitely a good tool. You might want to check with Russ before you order to be sure his tool will clear the tang sight base.

My Weber is the best tool I own for loading up. Misses my sight base, but might not be the same as another base.
When I got this rifle decades back, it had a gadget that clung to the sight base and worked once you managed to flop everything into order. S---canned that for a push tool that I used until a few years ago when I bought the Weber from a man here and now I don't know how I ever lived without it. My two cents worth.

Yup The Weber adjustable breech seater has worked well for me in my .25 RKS, .32 RKS, .40-65 and .40-60 Maynard
