.22 silhouette and BPCR rifles

I’m researching this for my next purchase and would love to see what’s being used by the forum members.  I’ve thought about a Crossno rimfire liner for my Shiloh 1877 but would like to have a dedicated single shot BPCR style rifle.  I’ve got rimfire rooks, Martinis, 52Bs, etc but I’m thinking about something like a CPA.  What’s on your bench?

I have not shot a .22 silhouette match, but do have a Crossno liner for my .45 cal BPCR rifles and I have a CPA with a .22LR barrel.   I use them for practice more than anything.

The Crossno liner is quite good.  If you check out this thread, the 4th post,  you'll see a picture of a target I shot at 100m, the only time I shot it from a bench I think.

That was shot with RWS R50.

My CPA is more accurate than the liner, but with much cheaper SK Standard Plus, or Lapua Center X.

I used to shoot the Crossno liner the most but now I use the CPA more often.

Chris.

My C Sharps Low Wall has served me well in our .22 BPCR matches Smiley

Thanks for your reply.  I had read that topic earlier in some archive searches on that forum.  That’s a pretty amazing group...better than some match grade rifles could pull off.

I also liked your comment about the CPA being more accurate with cheaper ammo.  That’s a significant win.

C Sharps is on my maybe list.  Yours is a keeper with 5 different ammo types posting those kind of groups, particularly with only a 5x scope.
