Very nice!  I always enjoy seeing the German engraving on their schuetzen rifles.

Yes, one might describe that rifle as 'stylish'.  Thanks for showing it to us.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

That's one of the nicest German schuetzen rifles I've ever seen!

That looks every bit as nice, or nicer.....than one I looked at yesterday online for $17,000. Thats Diana the Goddess of the Hunt in the engraving. That is one gorgeous rifle and a true keeper.

Very nice, I love German Schuetzen rifles, but don’t have anything even close to that. I have a Frank Sodia takedown that uses the same take down. Two heavy lugs on the barrel one engages the action the other is engaged and locked by the lever.

Curl

Hi Curl, have not put a shot through it with main reason being that the rear stock shape and cheek rest does not allow me to see through the sights!!

Will post some pics of some of my other rifles soon (new camera and even new photographer)

A beautiful rifle!  I sent you a PM about it since it appears to be the same action as the one I just bought ...

I may have passed my "Best Before" date, but I haven't quite reached my "Expiry" date yet ...

Charle - Definitely a Gorgeous Drop Dead Beauty.  Your very lucky to have acquired this rifle

Question:  What is the full stamping on the top of the barrel that identifies the gunsmith or the distributor?
