Can someone help with the speed of this bullet at 200 yards?

NOE bullet 325-193.
Muzzle vel. 1262 (10 feet from muzzle)
bullet weight 195gr.
temp 70 deg.
elevation 250'
wind zero
BC= 0.3418

I am trying to keep this load above the speed of sound  at 200 yds.

Thank you

Here you go.

You can also start the bullet about 1300 fps and get through the transonic range before 200 yards.

Gong sub sonic at target distance is a frequent issue with 32/40s. I have found mine vary with ambient temp. And more important actual distance to target. Few target ranges are measured accurately. And if it’s 200 meters makes a big difference.

Evidence is oblong bullet holes on paper. Round at shorter or longer distances . Being a Offhand shooter I don’t worry about it, wobbly at impact affects Point of impact very little. Bench shooting another matter it’s probably very important. If breech seating I bump the powder charge up a bit and they print round.

I think you will find calculation one thing how the bullet actually prints can be another.

Many of the .32 caliber shooters shoot around 1,400 fps.

I shoot my .32 RKS at 1,526 fps muzzle velocity and she is good out to 300 yards.

Agree, I think about 1450 is the 32 cal 200 gr sweet spot. Depending on how it prints on paper .

I thought traditional US schuetzen was shot at 40 rods (220 yards = 201.168 meters). Is it being shot today at just 200 yards? And the results being compared to the ODG's 220 yards?

That’s the point individual clubs and ranges vary .  When I shot HP silhouette it was very important to have good Zero’s at the specific rifle range. Limited sight in time

Schuetzen the same you really don’t know exactly how far the targets are , unlimited sighters solve that problem but you have to watch 32/40 bullets sub sonic point

This is the classic ragged edge of bullet stability in the trans-sonic velocities, basically 950-1350fps.

The main thing that moves that window is air temp, add in moving to a different range and or weather conditions that will change the BC of the bullet, and a definite pattern will show to help predict when it will happen..

Some bullets fly through it well. others it's best to avoid it.

Yep there’s calculation and observation.  Calculations fine observation will correct it
