I have a Peabody Creedmoor model in 44-100 and I think the case is the same.  I plan to start with 460 Weatherby cases.  Once the case is formed and trimmed, I will turn the head to fit a rim piece and silver solder it on.  My solder is in paste form and works at 430F.  I will use an induction annealer to do the heating so the temp of the brass won't exceed 500F.  I have all the parts in place but lots of projects in front of this one.
After all that, the RCC brass would be in your hands within a couple of weeks at a price that looks steep but is really pretty reasonable.
